• We are fully operational and conducting deliveries and business commitments to our normal service. 
  Our staff are working remotely, while all systems remain fully operational.
• To enable us to maintain service levels, our delivery partners have instructed drivers to reduce and restrict the amount of contact they have when they are loading and delivering.  They have been instructed to maintain social distancing. Your delivery receipt may be captured electronically to avoid physical contact.
• Supplies of heat logs, kiln-dried logs and wood pellets are available for immediate dispatch and free delivery to any UK address.
• Our staff and delivery partners have put in an exemplary performance with the result that so far, we have not experienced any significant delivery delays.
